■ SHUTTLE SERVICE TO HARAM on 7TH ZILHAJ may not be operational due to heavy traffic congestion

■ Rooms once booked cannot be cancelled. They can only be transferred to another customer (if possible) at a price accepted by the new Hajji Any difference will be the original customer’s risk, in that case a service fee of Sr. 5,000/- per person will be charged

■ All itineraries are tentative. Regular & Executive Mina Services are subject to Govt. approvals
■ Additional nights in Madinah or Makkah hotels can be added on extra cost.

■ Departure & Return dates can vary by 1-2 days as per available flights & Moon sighting.

■As per Saudi Govt. policy, extra SR 2000 will be payable by Hajis who have performed Hajj in last 5 years.

■ Hajj visa is issued by Ministry of religious affairs & Saudi Consulate, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-issuance of Hajj Visa

■ The exchange rate as on the date of payment will he applicable. If rate increases between time of initial deposit & the time of final & full payment, current rate of exchange will be applicable on the remaining amount.

■ As per policy, it is the responsibility of Hujjaj to physically appear for the biometric submission.
