• 100% Payment at the time of booking for the securement.
• All itineraries are tentative. Regular & Executive Mina Services are subject to Govt. approvals.
• Additional nights in Madina or Makkah Hotels can be added on extra cost.
• Departure & Return dates can vary by 1-2 days as per available flights & Moon sighting.
• Hajj visa is issued by Ministry of religious affairs & Saudi Consulate, we will not be responsible for any delays or non-issuance of Hajj visa.
• Rooms once booked, cannot be cancelled. They can only be transferred to another customer (if possible) at a price accepted by the new Hajji & any difference will be original customer's risk, plus service fee will be charged.
• The exchange rate as on the date of payment will be applicable. If rate increases between time of initial deposit & time of final & full payment, current exchange rate / TT rate will be applicable on the remaining amount.
• Sharing in Bronze & Gold Mina Cabins can vary +/- 1Pax.
• Hotel stay in Makkah & Madina may be reduced by 1-night in final itinerary due to moon sighting.
• For Individual flights (other than Group), private transport is compulsory for and from Airport.
• Additional Nights at Madina or Makkah Hotel @ extra cost.
• All itineraries are tentative & Proper box beds in Mina are subject to Govt. approval
• Platinum MINA Services are subject to Govt. Approval, if you want to get this service in Sharing instead of Family of 5 persons it will be available subject to complete booking of 5 in th cabin.

• Sharing Package is for the individuals who opt for sharing with other Hujjaj instead of having their own family room. They will get Quad sharing of 4 Persons in one room.
