Honest Review of Sirajia Group – Hajj 2025 (from Australia) ALHAMDULILLAH, I recently returned from HAJJ 2025 with Sirajia Group, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for such a smooth, well-organized, and spiritually enriching journey. From the very beginning, the booking process with Miss Asma was handled with professionalism and warmth. She treated me like family, answering all my questions with patience, honesty, and genuine care. I highly recommend booking your Hajj through Miss Asma; her support and consultation are second to none. Our 13-day package began in Madinah, where Sirajia staff greeted us at the airport and took care of all logistics, from private transportation to hotel check-in. The accommodation was within walking distance of Masjid al-Nabawi, and we were generously provided with essentials like Ihram, abayas, backpacks, and more. The Ziyarat tour was well-organized with a knowledgeable guide, and even our Riyadh-ul-Jannah bookings were taken care of. The train journey to Makkah was quick and comfortable. Thanks to Sirajia’s foresight, our hotel rooms were ready upon arrival, even though we reached early. Luggage was efficiently handled, and we were always well looked after. During the main Hajj days, Sirajia truly exceeded expectations. The Mina and Arafat camps were air-conditioned, clean, and stocked with plenty of food, drinks, and supplies. Importantly, private and clean toilets were available—a huge benefit, as we saw long queues and poor hygiene in other camps. At every stage, Sirajia’s team was present, helping with transportation, guiding us during Rami (stoning), and ensuring everything went smoothly so we could focus entirely on our worship. Communication was excellent, and all transportation was on time and very well managed. Alhamdulillah. A special thanks to Director Abdul Rauf Sahab, Mrs. Komal, Tanveer Bhai, and the amazing 35+ on-ground staff that Sirajia hired for us in Saudi Arabia, including the 10–15 sisters dedicated to helping female pilgrims. The Madinah hotel was steps from the ladies’ gate, and group access to Riaz-ul-Jannah was smoothly arranged. The train to Makkah was a smart, stress-free choice, and 100% new AC buses with onboard toilets made all transfers easy — even for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah. Our Mina camps had private washrooms, and the surprise Albaik meal in Muzdalifah touched our hearts. The hotel near Haram (just 5 minutes via tunnel) made Umrah and Tawaf convenient.
